The team at Rokon is growing and we have a healthy pipeline of projects across Melbourne. To support the team, we currently have an opportunity for an individual to join the team and assist the coordination of our plant/equipment and services across all Rokon sites.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Manager, Rokon Plant, the key areas of responsibility include:

- Coordinating plant equipment and services across Rokon sites
- Process trucking requirements
- Source/allocate plant and contractors
- Follow up with clients and contractors to ensure on time delivery
- Daily communication with Internal stakeholders regarding operational requirements
- Source quotes and create purchase orders
- Maintain equipment, cartage, and materials costs
- Monitor and report on expenditure against budget for each project
- Co-ordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of compound amenities and required contractors.

**About you**:
To be successful in the role, you need to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience coordinating plant equipment and services, preferably within the civil construction sector
- Effective planning and scheduling skills
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Problem solving skills and high level of initiative
- Proficient PC skills
- Experience using ERP and document management systems preferred but not essential
