Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a **Manager** to join our **SMSF Specialist Team** in **Brisbane.**

In this leadership role, you will:

- Oversee the workflow and performance of a dedicated SMSF portfolio.
- Lead the review of compliance files, reporting deliverables, and audit outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external auditors, the ATO, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic technical advice on superannuation and taxation rules.
- Lead and contribute to complex tax and accounting compliance and advisory engagements.
- Drive internal training initiatives and represent the team at client events and industry forums.
- Manage billing, profitability, and internal risk procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the SMSF service line

**What You Bring**
- Significant SMSF experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance.
- Experience with Class Super (highly desirable).
- A commitment to professional development and client service excellence.

**Qualifications**:
CA or CPA qualification.
