**Who are we looking for?**

GHD Digital is rapidly growing and we are looking for a person who can help grow our global **Automation and process transformation **capability. We are looking for an experienced customer-focused leader with strong communication skills who will thrive in a supportive, agile and a consultative environment.

You will be responsible for progressing and optimising the global strategy for the team whilst championing GHD the GHD Digital Mindset that encourages continuous learning, collaboration and client centricity among others.

**You will:
- Develop a high performing delivery function to manage, oversee and be accountable for end-to-end automation and process consulting and transformation services to clients globally (starting southern hemisphere including the Philippines) whilst managing the time, budget and quality aspects of project delivery
- Establish and lead continuous improvement in delivery processes, knowledge & technology to ensure effective demand management, quality and timeliness of project delivery
- Optimise delivery team engagement, utilisation and training outcomes, whilst also managing the effective and risk-free utilisation of offshore delivery team
- Manage program level risks, issues, delivery schedule, budgets, reporting, knowledge, communications and administration
- Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across clients and GHD internal functions to manage key risks and issues
- Design and develop industry/vertical focussed solutions by leveraging RPA / IA and digital technologies

**About you:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Management or Information/Computer Science related field
- 10+ years of experience in delivery management for technology projects within a Consulting environment
- Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt
- Experience and knowledge of large-scale transformation initiatives
- Solid negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written and oral communication skills Strong understanding of RPA / IA technologies, solutions and underlying IT services

**Highly Regarded
- Experience of working with asset intensive (infrastructure) sectors - i.e. Water, Transport, Environment, Energy, and Construction etc.
- Strong track-record of leading consulting project teams and delivering high quality outcomes
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning driven intelligent automation solutions
- Relevant technology and industry certifications
- Strong industry and analyst connects MBA from a globally reputed institution
