**About the role**

We are seeking a Short Term Planning Lead to join our high-performing Integrated Planning team within Supply & Technology. This role leads the consolidation and optimisation of Origin’s supply portfolio over a two-year horizon, using data-driven planning techniques and close collaboration with asset teams and gas marketing. A critical component is acting as the key conduit between the Integrated Marketing forum (including LNG Marketing and Downstream Operator) and our Integrated Gas assets to drive high-value planning outcomes.

**More about the role**:

- Ensure all team activities, decisions, and opportunities are assessed with a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) considerations.
- The STPL must proactively integrate maintenance schedules and operational constraints from both upstream assets and the LNG facility into the portfolio planning process
- Responsibility for communication of the portfolio outcomes, Including communicating where there are opportunities to optimise
- Support the team in key forums and meetings including cross-asset review and Integrated Marketing meetings
- Identify optimisation opportunities. Collaborate with Digital team to develop and test In-house optimisation algorithms and software analysis of production data and subsequent strategic recommendations
- Establish and manage streamlined process for providing value assessments Internal to IG and to the IM forum where required to facilitate portfolio planning decisions
- Co-ordination and stewardship of the portfolio plan
- Act as a Process Steward (and where appropriate a Process Expert) In the Plan Production and Development Core Process to ensure compliance with the process, continual Improvement, and periodic evolution when required
- Representation of Integrated Gas / Upstream Operator In various forums (may Include Technical Committee Meeting, Comercial Committee Meeting, Integrated Marketing)

**More about you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Maths, Commerce or Law
- Ability to communicate portfolio optimisation opportunities with senior stakeholders
- Leadership experience, In line with Origin's values, behaviours and Leadership habits
- Demonstrated understanding of operational considerations In production planning and portfolio optimisation

**Desirable**
- Proficiency In planning software such as Enersight
- Stakeholder and change management experience
- Appreciation of agile technology development approaches
- Advanced presentation preparation and delivery skills
- Technical modelling and Excel proficiency
