Architectural Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Support project architects in the design development and construction documentation phases.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues throughout all project stages.
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports to monitor construction progress and quality control.
- Ensure documentation adheres to local building codes, regulations, and council requirements.
- Manage and maintain CAD libraries and drawing standards across projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant architectural or drafting experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Previous experience in project coordination or project management is highly regarded.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD; knowledge of Revit and other design software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
