- Join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as the Business Manager - Medical Services and lead the management, development, and optimisation of medical workforce operations. - **HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?**- Lead medical workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, credentialing, and training programs.
- Manage and mentor the Medical Administration team, ensuring high-quality performance and development.
- Drive business improvement, change management, and project implementation aligned with organisational goals.
- Engage with clinical and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative, effective, and efficient medical services.
