**Be the Clinical Leader Who Drives Exceptional Patient Care**

Are you an experienced doctor and strategic clinical leader ready to take charge of clinical excellence across innovative hospital environments? We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Medical Services to lead and oversee clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice across multiple programs.

Based in Adelaide, this will be offered as a full
- time fixed term position till the end of September 2025.

**Your Role & Impact**

As the Head of Medical Services, you will:
Provide strategic medical leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Oversee and support doctors across various programs, maintaining clinical governance and best practice
Maintain a clinical load, ensuring hands-on engagement in patient care while leading medical excellence
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Work closely with Local Health Networks (LHNs), government departments, and healthcare partners
Act as the primary clinical leader, advising on medical matters and accreditation
Work in collaboration with the Director of Operations to support workforce planning

**Who You Are**

You are an experienced and respected medical leader with:
Extensive experience in senior clinical leadership roles within a hospital or healthcare environment
A strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire medical teams
Expertise in clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement
A deep understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including LHNs and accreditation processes
