We’re looking for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors or Social Workers to join our team of rehabilitation consultants.
- To perform this role it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977._

**Key Responsibilities**

You will assist with developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients to assist them to address the barriers they face in their lives. With a focus on a holistic approach, you will empower our clients and make a real impact on their lives.
- Utilising your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
- Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return to work goal
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
