**Location**: Penrith Workshop-Based with In-House Machinery Manufacturing, External Shift Support, and National Project Opportunities
**Hourly Rate**: $46.20 + shift loadings + super
**Weekend & Overtime Rate**: $92.40 per hour (All OT at double time)

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance fitter in dairy, food, or beverage processing and packaging facilities
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
- Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics
- General fabrication skills
- Restricted electrical connect/disconnect certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Welding skills (Stick, TIG, MIG preferred but not mandatory)
- Australian-recognised trade certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
- High attention to detail and initiative
- Current driver’s license
