**Seeking Casual Disability Support Worker - Joondalup area**

Devoted Healthcare is a disability service provider (NDIS registered) that supports individuals with varying disabilities. Our primary aim is to meet our client's support needs by matching compatible staff based on the client's preferences. We service the Perth metro area with services ranging from 1:1 in-home support to community access. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive **Casual Disability Support Worker** to assist our **Joondalup client**, with availability to start as soon as possible Ideally, we are looking for an individual who is non-judgemental, empathetic, capable of building rapport, and is able to meet this client's needs. Our office is based in Gosnells, Perth.

A Disability Support Worker's role requires companionship, empathy, mentoring, positive behaviour support, and guidance. Activities may include assistance with daily living, domestic tasks, administering medication, behaviour management support, assistance with transport, and encouraging participation in community activities.

**Requirements for this role**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)**:

- **First Aid Certificate (essential)**:

- **Covid-19 fully vaccinated (essential)**:

- **Valid driver's licence (essential)**:

- **Minimum certificate 3 in disability or similar (essential)**:

- Relevant experience (strongly preffered)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Readiness to learn and adapt
