- Min 3 years experience as Diploma educator
- Working with Children Check
- CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk.
- Understanding of child stafe standards
- Up to date First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma, and CPR or willing to do

**We’re seeking the applicants to**:

- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Engage in the implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs. With sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0 and understanding of child interest-based learning with Floorbooks and learning stories.
- Contribute, through the Director and approved provider, to the development of the service policies and Quality Improvement Plan. With sound understanding on the NQF.
- Be a Responsible Person and Personal in Day-to-Day Charge as rostered.
- Supervise and mentor employees within the service, including trainees and students.
- Be able to work flexible hours.
- Have strong teaching skills to lead groups of children and a team of educators.
