Kollectables is Newtown’s home for everything collectable - from Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh, Warhammer, Marvel, Star Wars, and more. We stock TCGs, figurines, graded cards, comics, retro merch, smoking accessories, and lifestyle gear from top brands like RAW, King Palm, and Crop Kingz. We’re all about community, nostalgia, and making the hunt for rare items fun again.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused **Retail Assistant** to join our team. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers find that perfect card, comic, or collectible while keeping the space running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Process sales via POS and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
- Learn and stay up to date with products (TCG trends, new stock, promotions, etc.)
- Help with social media content (optional but a plus)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment

**About You**:

- A love for collectibles, TCGs, anime, comics, or pop culture
- Retail/customer service experience preferred but not required
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to work weekends or flexible hours

**Location**: Newtown, NSW
**Position Type**: Casual/Part-time (with potential for full-time)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
