We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**State Windows Visual Merchandising Coordinator** to join the team. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across all our stores across the state.

- 7am - 3:30pm most days however does require some flexibility**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times - includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
- Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers
- Maintains the housekeeping of all stores to a high standard
- In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts
- Uses concept manuals, window updates and directives to set window standards in-store

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience in a high volume fashion apparel retailer
- Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines that are set in updates/ manuals
