At **Eden Academy Werribee** operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces,** open plan rooms filled with natural light,** and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the **perfect setting for 92 children to explore**, grow, and thrive.

**In your role as a Casual Educator**:

- You will **nurture little learners** through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- **Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day**:

- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring positive energy and a **team-first attitude** to every room

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a **genuine passion** for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- **Available to work Monday to Friday** across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave.
