**About Goodstart Beresfield**:
Our beautiful service is very close to the local train station, perfect for staff who need public transport to get to and from work.
We have a diverse team of over 20 education professionals, who live and breathe their passion for Early Childhood Development.
Our service has a strong focus on community engagement, with regular trips to the local aged care home, and several sports themed gala-day excursions every month.
Staff upskilling and career development opportunities are another focal point for our team, ensuring you are the best educator you can be for the children in our care.
This role will initially be a float position, given you experience across all age groups. We also work on a rotating roster, so you will become confident in both open, closes and mid-shifts.
Our Educators are provided with 50-minutes of dedicated programming time per week, dependant on your hours worked; allowing you to focus on developing the best lessons and activities you can.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
