The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll make a genuine difference every day by:

- Delivering personal care and daily living support
- Encouraging clients to participate in their communities and social activities
- Assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
- Following tailored care plans to promote safety, wellbeing, and independence
- Building positive, respectful relationships and providing mentorship

What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Police Check (within 6 months)
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle
- (Desirable) 1+ year experience in disability support
