Cafe & Restaurant Supervisor

A background in busy Restaurants, cocktail bars or breweries is desirable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience
- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure efficient operation during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the guest experience
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cocktail bar or brewery operations is advantageous
