**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Executive Assistant to provide high-level, administrative and executive support.

**About the Role**
- Provide professional high level, administrative and executive support services to facilitate the effective management of the Executive’s operational function.
- Organise meetings and conferences including arrangement of venues, invitations to attend, and preparation of agendas and associated documentation.
- Research, collate and coordinate high-level submissions and responses, reports, advice and briefings on complex policy and operational matters.
- Exercise discretion and ensure confidentiality in handling all critical and politically sensitive issues that require the Executive’s attention to comply with agency requirements.
- Maintain and review administration, record and information systems, processes and procedures to identify areas for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide a high standard of customer service in the delivery of duties to support the organisation and meet our customer and stakeholder needs.

**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative and executive services.
- Experience in using software packages in preparing correspondence and reports.
- A relevant qualifications/ associate diploma or certificate qualification with relevant experience.
