**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phones and managing appointment bookings (HotDoc/Medical Director experience highly regarded)
- Processing Medicare and private billing
- Managing recalls, results, and correspondence
- Assisting doctors, nurses, and patients as required
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role preferred
- Proficiency in Medical Director software experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required (desirable)
