Design Review Project Officer

- **12-month full time contracted role
The Design Review Project Officer coordinates the work plan, scheduling and accounting for the pool of Design Review panel members and undertakes a range of associated tasks including project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of the design review program and associated design advisory services undertaken by GANSW staff and consultants, in line with established project plans and objectives.

The role supports preparation of design advice and design management services for significant projects. These projects range from precinct planning, through to design of buildings, streets and open spaces.

The role will also require the successful applicant to be able to deliver multiple project support activities in line with agreed standards and objectives, given tight deadlines and competing demands and priorities. You will be Working within a small organisation currently undergoing significant change and continuing to manage and meet expectations of a broad and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

**About You**

This role will provide you the opportunity to deliver outcomes for the people of NSW within the GANSW group. You will be required to Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating design review meetings, preparing papers, liaising with GANSW team members and Design Review panel members to support program management delivery.

As part of this team you will update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of projects comply with agreed project management methodology.

**Essential Requirements**

Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant field and/ or relevant experience
