Food and Beverage Attendant

Riverside Oaks Golf Resort is Sydney's only 36-hole golf resort with TWO Australia's Top 100 Public Access Golf Courses located in Cattai about 1 hour north of the Sydney CBD.

We now seek to add to our pool of Food and Beverage Attendants to help us deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests at their next event with us. We are looking for all-rounders who can run bar service, handle tray delivery with confidence and deliver excellent table service, all with a smile and a can-do attitude.

You must have a current RSA, your own transport (we are not on a regular public transport route) and be able to work on a 7-day rotating roster. You must have excellent verbal English skills. Your personal presentation must be impeccable to match our beautiful surroundings

Responsibilities.

To Provide food and beverage services within the Resort, Conference and Functions including but not limited to:

- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operation.
- Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
- Ensure stock is regularly rotated.
- Adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation.
- Incorporate safe work practices.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes:

- RSA Certificate
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to work in a teamwork environment
- Fulfill any relevant NSW Health orders for hospitality staff
