Food & Beverage Supervisor

Riverside Oaks is a Golf Resort located 15km from Windsor in the Hawkesbury region.

We are currently seeking a full time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the F&B Supervisor would be responsible for supervising our Brasserie operations and events.

The F&B Supervisor will provide operational support and direction regarding daily procedures ensuring staffing, equipment and function information is supplied to the relevant departments.
- Previous experience in Supervising Staff.
- A strong 'hands on' approach.
- Have an eye for detail and not accept mediocrity as acceptable.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
- Ability to implement, coach and maintain a focused customer service team.
- RSA Certified.
- Ability to problem solve under pressure.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, inclusive of weekends and nights.

This is a role that is ideally suited to a person that can demonstrate experience at a similar or higher level, and who has established themselves as a leader of people that is well organised and patient.
