**Cannington Store: Unit 7/1451 Albany Highway Cannington WA 6107.**

**Victoria Park Store: 295 Albany Highway Victoria Park WA 6100.**
- Customer service experience

- Excellent prioritizing skills
- **Task & Responsibilities**:_
- Ensuring that guests understand what they’re supposed to be doing
- Explaining rules
- Ensuring the safety of guests
- Providing a positive experience for guests. In any case, they need to be able to engage with and enthuse customers
- Resetting rooms in-between games
- Administrative tasks such as taking payments and learning our software, answering enquiries on the phone etc.
- Helping with clues where this is permitted for guests. In certain situations, the Game Master remains in the room, whereas in others, they might be watching on-camera and contacted via walkie-talkie
- Money handling
- **Work Eligibility**:_
- Permitted to work in Australia (required)
- Fluent spoken/written English
- We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can work both weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of 12 hours per week (for more details on our opening hours, please visit our website).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
