We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced **Home Care Scheduler** who is bright, positive and reliable. You will have sound administrative skills, be well organised and efficient, work well in a small friendly team and be comfortable communicating with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Your strengths will be values driven in customer service, problem solving and scheduling ability.

The position is **Monday - Friday (10am-6pm**) based in our Perth office.

**The main responsibilities of the role to the Homecare Department**:

- Maintain roster system and allocate staff to clients on appropriate round
- Schedule services to ensure continuity of care of clients and to meet the business requirements of the Department
- Liaise with staff on daily work flow as required
- Work with clients to ensure a positive experience with staff scheduling
- Follow company policies on client feedback, complaints and incidents
- Ensure all service notes are clear for all team members to understand and follow
- Ensure rosters and time sheets are sent and checked as required as per Policy
- Other administrative duties as required by Home Care Department

**To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Knowledge of Home Care and relevant legislation
- Demonstrated scheduling experience
- Skills within the MS Word, Excel and Outlook programs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
