Holistic Care SA provides high quality, collaborative and holistic services to support our participants. Our support workers want to support the participants to maintain their independence and overall wellbeing.

- We pay for the kilometres when you use your private vehicle to travel to one participant to another participant
- We provide in-house training as part of your skills enhancement and professional development

All our support workers are personally interviewed by Holistic Care SA management staff. We employ support workers with friendly and approachable manner, self-motivation, empathy, honest and reliability.

**Support workers prerequisite certificate and training**:
Holistic Care SA support workers must hold at least one of the following certificates:

- Certificate III in Disability _Work_
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate III in _Home_ & Community Care

All support workers must also hold the following certificates:

- Department of Human Service (DHS) Disability Employment Services Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate

Workers who will be working with children will need to undertake the Child Safe Environment Workshop and hold a current Department of Human Services Child-related Employment Screening Clearance. This workshop assists in understanding the issues, their obligations, knowledge and skills to report any suspicions of child abuse and neglect.

Holistic Care SA is seeking person support workers to provide support to participants living in the western and north eastern suburbs of Adelaide. Your role will include but not limit to providing daily personal activities, assist with household tasks and accompanying participants for community access.

If you have qualification in disability/aged care/_home_ and community care, current First Aid Certificate, current Manual Handling Certificate, current screening clearance _from_ DCSI, have own vehicle and have the right to _work_ in Australia, we would love to hear _from_ you.
