Cafe Allrounder

Seeking an experienced **Café All-rounder / Barista** for a café known for its quality coffee, friendly service, and relaxed atmosphere.

This position is perfect for someone with existing barista skills who takes pride in their coffee, with a passion for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks with speed and consistency
- Confidently texture milk and create basic latte art
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Assist with general café duties including taking orders, serving, cleaning, and light food prep
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated competency in coffee-making skills
- Working knowledge of grind adjustment, extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
- Exposure to or experience with latte art
- Friendly, professional demeanour with strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be available on weekends

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
