Cafe Allrounder

Seeking an experienced Café All-rounder / Barista for a café known for its quality coffee, friendly service, and relaxed atmosphere.

This position is perfect for someone with existing barista skills who takes pride in their coffee, with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks with speed and consistency
• Confidently texture milk and create basic latte art
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Assist with general café duties including taking orders, serving, cleaning, and light food prep
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café

Requirements:

• Demonstrated competency in coffee-making skills
• Working knowledge of grind adjustment, extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
• Exposure to or experience with latte art
• Friendly, professional demeanour with strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be available on weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
