**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Marketing Manager to join our team and take our brand's marketing efforts to the next level. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our children's clothing and accessories across both e-commerce and retail platforms.
- Manage and update the company's website and online store to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience 2+ year in marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for children's fashion and a keen eye for design trends.
