- Salary circa $63k p.a. plus super (pro rata)

**About the Role**
Community Support Workers support Senior clients and clients with a disability and their carers with:

- **Community Support**: escorting clients on community outings e.g. shopping trips, excursions, lunches, appointments
- **Domestic Support**: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, changing bed linen, clothes washing, dusting and ironing in line with the client’s service plan
- **Personal Care**: showering, dressing, grooming
- **Food Preparation**:light meal preparation and serving of meals
- **Maintain client independence and safety**:Monitor the well-being of clients and report any significant changes in health, behaviour, social conditions

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent - applicants in progress of completion will be considered
- Victorian Drivers licence
- Own vehicle for work use
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid
- Interest or experience in working with clients to maintain their independence at home and in the community
- Ability to develop supportive relationships with clients and an interest in working with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
