**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Asset and Configuration Data Coordinator will be part of the readiness team managing the transition of the Operational and Control Management Systems (OCMS) and new signalling technology components of the Metro Tunnel Project into MTM’s rail services operation.

The Asset/Configuration Data Coordinator is responsible for the management and integrity of asset and configuration data as it is transferred from the Metro Tunnel Project acceptance phase into the MTM asset management and configuration management systems.

The Asset/Configuration Data Coordinator will work collaboratively with MTM engineering to develop and implement approved asset and configuration structures that feed maintenance planning and asset condition updates.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for collaborating with the_ _Rail Network Alliance asset and configuration teams to assist with the development of completion and handover packages.
- Review the Metro Tunnel Project asset data and manage the transfer to MTM’s asset management systems.
- Responsible for collaborating with MTM’s governance and engineering on configuration management data.
- Review Metro Tunnel Project configuration data and manage the transfer to MTM systems.
- Develop, manage, delivery and review progress against plans to ensure they are on schedule and take effective remedial action as required.
- Gather technical and process information and analyse to determine solutions and make recommendations.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Must have practical experience working in an asset management environment, plus a relevant qualification would be advantageous
- Experience using Ellipse and/or Maximo
- Understands the structures of maintenance asset record and configuration management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and work management skills, in particular the ability to meet objectives and produce deliverables within agreed timelines
