ALG Talent has a great opportunity for a Configuration Control Coordinator to join a well-established commercial airline based inner city Melbourne. This is an ongoing casual contract, offering full time hours and the potential to go perm should you excel in the role.

As Configuration Control Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft and related equipment are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Implement and maintain the aircraft configuration management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensure that all technical data and manuals related to aircraft and equipment configurations are kept up to date.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance teams, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that all configuration changes are properly documented and approved.
- Conduct routine audits of supplier data.
- Ensure that all changes to aircraft and equipment configurations are reviewed and approved before implementation, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of aircraft and equipment modification projects, ensuring that all configuration changes are properly documented and tracked.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance or configuration management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aircraft maintenance and configuration management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
