**Your day will involve**:

- **Championing Safety**: Lead by example with a Zero Harm commitment, ensuring compliance with Boral’s OH&S and Environmental standards.
- **Operational Leadership**: Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet financial budgets and product output goals.
- **Building Strong Relationships**: Foster strong connections with customers, delivering exceptional and professional service to both external and internal stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure quarry and concrete products meet Australian Standards and exceed customer expectations.
- **Strategic Planning**: Organize and oversee site production activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- **Maximizing Efficiency**: Maintain and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for optimal site performance
