**The role**:
As a Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training across our client's frontline teams. This role is an integral part of frontline operations and will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify, design, develop and deliver high quality training and learning needs in an organisation that invests in the skills and capabilities of frontline people. This role will Report to the General Manager of Customer Experience, and will play a crucial role in building and leading an effective high performing L&D function while having a strong focus on achieving business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and implement the Learning and Development Strategy/Road-map that includes broad scope of technical, professional and corporate learning and development.
- Drive a strategic outcome-based learning culture to continuously optimise, measure impact, and provide ROL.
- Design and operationalise short and long-term development priorities to support the delivery of the business objectives.
- Project manage the implementation of a range of learning and development interventions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,
- Experienced in leading, coaching and developing staff or demonstrated leadership capability.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing learning and development models, frameworks, systems and processes in a dynamic context.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Learning and Development or a Bachelor of Education.
