We are currently seeking an experienced Care Workers to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Geneff Aged Care Home located in Innaloo. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Geneff is one of our smaller sites, with 38 beds across four houses located a short walk away from Stirling Station.

You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained while building positive and professional relationships with residents and team members.

A permanent part-time position is being offered working 38.75 hours per fortnight. The shifts on offer are night shifts as per below;
**Week 1**

Saturday 11pm - 7.15am

Sunday 11pm - 7.15am

**Week 2**

Monday 11pm - 7.15am

Tuesday 11pm - 7.15am

Wednesday 11pm - 7.15am

In addition to the position outlined above, we’re also looking for Casual Care Workers to pick up shifts throughout the day during the week and weekend. Please indicate on your cover letter which position is preferred.

**About You**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Previous experience working in an aged care or hospital environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team and also independently
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations

**The Role**
- Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
- Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respect
- Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard
