We are a hearing health care clinic providing comprehensive hearing health services to our community. Our patients range from babies to the elderly, and we also have a strong workplace preventative consultative service. There are a range of hearing industry specific programs and skills that will be taught with on-the-job training for this area of health care.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a medical centre setting. Mature applicants welcome.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and confidentiality protocols.
- Computer experience essential

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all aspects of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Provide support to the team, maintaining high-quality service for patients and clinicians.
- Oversee accreditation programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Facilitate clinician-patient communication and establish a collaborative practice environment.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for all colleagues.
- Work with the clinical team to maintain infection prevention, equipment maintenance, and sterilizations standards.

Pay: $43,312.48 - $65,208.00 per year
