**Job Purpose**
Directs and manages the entire Operations facilities including, slaughtering, meat production, meat packaging, waste management, the and the two central kitchens by exercising effective and sustainable planning and scheduling across the entire production facility. Ensures production, hygiene safety and quality standards are always complied with. Ensure that all required government laws, regulations and policies and religious practices related to Halal meat production are followed at all times throughout the slaughterhouse facility.

**Main Tasks & Accountabilities**
- Manage the staff to the level assigned by senior management. Exercises financial authority at the level assigned. Lead and support the management of people resources in the Slaughterhouse team.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the value chain associated with AMIRAL's business model.
- Prepare the strategies and plans for the long-term Operations designed to support sustainable slaughtering, processing, packaging and kitchen operations to meet the targets and goals of AMIRAL while operating within the framework of all laws and requirements of Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure continuous supply of safe and wholesome products to meet consumer requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day planning, production processes, equipment and resources to meet business requirements and planned production throughputs.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of automated processing facilities to achieve maximum efficiencies.
- Analyze daily performance indicators, encouraging awareness and driving performance improvements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Meat processing: 5 years (required)
- Slaughterhouse: 5 years (required)
- Rendering Plant: 3 years (required)
