You must have retail management experience and show longevity in your roles.

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in a fast paced FMCG retailer or hospitality is essential.

At least two years retail management experience
Excellent time management skills
Can handle a large amount of customers, and have high traffic experience
Must have a strong work ethic
Must be customer centric and very hands on
Motivated to help the store achieve their customer service expectations
The ability to drive KPI’s
Strong inventory management knowledge
Great eye for detail and merchandising skills
Proven experience managing a small team
A love of pets
