UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is a South Australian-owned and operated company providing a range of Arboricultural, Civil, Environmental, Horticultural, Landscape Construction, Sports Turf & Open Spaces, and Weed & Pest Management services to State & Local Government, High Profile Grounds & Facilities, Residential Housing, and Commercial Clients.

Urbans are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Documents and Systems Coordinator** to join our team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Compile and coordinate tender submissions
- Assist in implementing document control procedures and systems
- Monitor and update system databases, documents and records held within our management system
- Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for audits and inspections
- Assist with general office and administration duties.

**QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant certification or qualifications in document control or information management (desirable, but not essential)
- Proven experience in document control or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in compiling tender submissions
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
