**About the role**

We have a great blended fashion retail and healthcare experience to offer involving:

- Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
- Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- A clear pathway for career growth, including the potential to step into store management within the company.
- The chance to grow into a full-time role as part of your long-term development with us.

**About the person**
- 1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience
- Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
- Confident, clear and effective communication skills
- Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships
- Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner
- Optical Dispensing Certificate IV_ is highly desired, but not essential.
