**About the Company**
Our client has been an industry leader in Australia for over 4 decades who pride themselves on their expertise across a range of industry sectors. They provide personalised solutions to their clients by taking the necessary time to understand each case and their client’s needs.
**Duties**
Working with two experienced partners and with the support of a professional collegiate team, you will be advising clients on a range of defendant insurance and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on public liability, professional indemnity, and life insurance claims. You will be responsible for preparing court documents and representing them in court procedures, if it the matter comes to it.
**About You**
- Mid-senior lawyer (**2+ PQE**) with defendant insurance experience;
- working exposure to personal injury/professional indemnity;
- relevant **Law Degree** or **Juris Doctor**, coupled with solid academics;
- excellent time management & communication skills; and
- ability to work autonomously and within a team.
