We are seeking a full time, qualified baker/pastry chef with the ability and passion to produce high quality sourdough and pastry to join our team

Reporting to the head bakers, this role will suit a hospitality professional who will possesses the following capabilities and availabilities
- Full time availability working a rotating 4 day work week including evenings and weekends
- Driven and able to thrive in fast paced environments
- Strong understanding of baking theory including mixing, hand moulding and baking
- Sound understanding and experience of natural fermentation process
- Motivation to grow and develop skills
- Positive attitude and collaborative nature
- Good verbal and written communicator

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
