Roller Operators

**360 Personnel** is currently seeking experienced **Roller Operators** for an immediate start in **Archerfield**.

The client you will be working for is a distinguished Civil Construction company with a reputation for taking on permanently those operators that have demonstrated a high level of skill, and a willingness to get the job done to a high and safe standard.

We're looking for operators that are confident in operating a Roller, and also comfortable with compacting dirt, laying gravel and road base.

**You will be required to have**:

- Construction Induction - White Card
- Previous experience on as a Roller Operator in either road upgrades, and / or Civil - Subdivisions
- Own PPE (Long Sleeve High-vis Shirt, Long Pants, Steel Cap Boots, Hard Hat, Gloves, Safety Glasses, etc)
- High Safety Awareness and Knowledge of plant operation
- Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport

**In return you will get**:

- **40+ hours of work a week**

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Archerfield QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
