**Job Summary**

We are looking for two fun loving Diplomas to join our amazing team. We are looking for someone with amazing communication skills easy going and flexible with hours.

The position is full time.

looking for a lovely 2iC and a lovely room leader for the preschool room.

**Responsibilities and Duties for second in charge (Nominated supervisor)**
- Overlook the daily operational performance and administration requirements.
- Manage roster and attendance
- Support and liaise with the director
- Ensure high quality, stimulating, safe and clean physical facilities are maintained at all times
- Mentor staff and create a positive environment for all staff and children
- Ensure centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation and National Quality Standards
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards
- Ensure Regulations and National Quality Standards are met.
- computer skills required
- for the preschool room must have experience in running a room and daily program

**Qualifications and Skills**

Must obtain Diploma in children services

You will holda Diploma with at least 1 years experience as a Centre Manager or a room leader.

You will be passionate about Early Childhood Education and showcase this in your attitude, work ethic and dedication to the role. You will also need:

- First aid certificate and Asthma and anaphylaxis Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly and energetic personality
- A passion for working with, and providing high quality education and support to children
- Confident and innovative
- Current WWCC
- One-year experience as a Centre Manager or a room leader/educational leader
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services

You will also be work closely with the director and learning all basic on how to run the centre on a day to day basis as well as the rooms.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.66 per hour

Schedule:
