We are looking for motivated Retail Sales people to join our Known For Lounges team.
- Full Time Position available and Casual positions available
- Have a passion for retail
- Sales and customer service experience essential
- Furniture retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Basic Admin Skills
- Have a 'can do' attitude and a strong desire to learn and progress
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Able to work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week

**About the Role**:
We are excited to welcome a new, passionate, customer focused team member to our friendly team at our Minchinbury store. In this role, you will help customers through a friendly in-store experience at Known For Lounges, being capable of listening to customers needs and guiding them to the decision that best meets their wants and needs and create their dream Sofa.

**Your main day-to-day tasks would include**:

- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience
- Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
- Motivating, encouraging and communicating with your team
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Handling and processing payments
- Basic admin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
