**About the Role**

As a Service Coordinator at CareWA Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing service delivery for a portfolio of NDIS participants. The role is **dynamic and people-focused**, requiring excellent rostering skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build strong, professional relationships with managers, participants, families and support workers.

While this is predominantly a **work-from-home role**, you will also conduct **occasional face-to-face visits** with participants, management or support workers to ensure services are being delivered in line with our company values

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage **efficient, person-centred rosters** for support workers
- Coordinate service delivery to ensure alignment with participant goals and funded supports
- Occasional home visits to monitor service quality and performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure NDIS compliance
- Liaise with management and directors
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes
- Support the onboarding of new participants and workers as required

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a **Service Coordination, Rostering, or Team Leader** role (NDIS or community services preferred)
- Strong understanding of the **NDIS and person-centred service delivery**:

- Proven experience with **rostering and scheduling** across multiple clients/staff
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A commitment to quality, compliance, and participant outcomes
- Tech-savvy with experience using NDIS provider software (e.g. Shiftcare)

**Essential Requirements**
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in English
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance (within 12 months)
- Full working rights in Australia
