Dental Boutique is opening in Melton — and we’re seeking passionate, full-time Dental Assistants to join our foundation team and help shape an unforgettable patient experience from day one.

Whether you're an experienced Dental Assistant or looking to begin a rewarding new career in healthcare, we want to hear from you. If you bring a warm personality, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care, we’ll support you with full training and development.

**What You'll Do**

- Chairside support — assist clinicians in delivering precise, safe, and confident treatment
- Sterilisation & room preparation — maintain a pristine, organised, and efficient clinical environment
- Patient experience — welcome patients, provide comfort, and guide them through their visit
- Administrative support — assist reception when needed, including scheduling and patient communication
- Team collaboration — work closely with a supportive and dedicated team, committed to excellence

**About You**

- Dental assisting experience preferred — but we welcome passionate beginners
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (completed or in progress) ideal, not essential
- Clear, confident communicator with a positive and compassionate approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dental healthcare
- Availability Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as the clinic grows
