**The Role**:
In choosing Yeah Boy, you’ll serve as a key member of our Kitchen team You will be responsible for ensuring the dish area is maintained and clean, assisting the Chefs with tasks such as basic food prep & portioning, to ensure we meet our commitment to our lovely guests, all in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Learn correct process for dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness
- Learn processes; such as how to read recipes & method cards
- Pack away deliveries & Learn to check off invoices
- Assist our Kitchen friends with tasks such as portioning stock
- Assist Chef's during busy service
- Serve as a brand ambassador, with a can do attitude that helps ensure we work as a team - ultimately to deliver an excellent experience to our guests that compels them to return
- Clean, Sanitise and ensure a safe workspace
- If you're up for a challenge, learning how to work fryers and other service tasks

**Salary**: Casual and above the Award Wage : )
