Farro Windsor is excited to announce a new space in our crew seeking dedicated Pizza Makers in our Windsor kitchen.

Farro is an organic spelt sourdough pizzeria with locations in Fitzroy, Thornbury, Hawthorn and Windsor that believes in their guests making conscious food choices in what they eat. Farro is so much more than just quality, nutritious food; it’s an experience - made up of great ambiance and of course, brilliant guest care. The pizza maker’s responsibilities includes preparing pizza dough and various ingredients which top the pizzas, hand stretching pizzas, baking breads and of course the main event, making meals when our doors are open. To be successful in this role, you should be available to work during business hours and help increase client satisfaction by preparing high-quality pizzas. Ultimately, a top-notch pizza maker at Farro is destined be able to train and mentor other kitchen team members in line with our culture so they too can grow and progress. Farro Windsor is open daily for dinner service, closing every Monday.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ability to stretch hand dough
- Operate a pizza oven - wood fired, gas or electric
- Prepare and cook ingredients
- Able to learn and work in all stations (pasta, salads & antipasti)
- Clean and organised kitchen equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
- Be responsible in assisting with the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver high quality dishes to our customers
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
- Opening & closing

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
