**Purpose of the Role**

BGIS is seeking an experienced **Logistics Supervisor**to manage procurement and logistics operations at one of Queensland’s largest healthcare facilities. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will oversee a small team of three, ensuring effective inventory control, supplier management, and compliance with contractual requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise 3 direct reports (1 x Store Person & 2 x Logistics Admin)Manage stores and inventory, ensuring efficient processing of goods
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes
- Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims
- Ensure supplier management and fair market value compliance
- Generate purchase requests, usage reconciliation, and reporting
- Prepare monthly reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with BGIS teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

**Education, Experience & Skills**

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement operations
- Supervisory/people management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

**Desirable**:

- Certificate IV in Procurement, Logistics, or Warehouse Management
- Background in healthcare or facilities management

**Workplace Flexibility**

This position is based **on-site in Southport**with easy access to public transport. Flexible start and finish times are available within core business hours.
