Summary

**This is a temporary position based on 6 to 8 months and only to assist with the Digitalization process in Human Resources.**

The primary duties and responsibilities of Human Resources Clerk include:

- Need to go through colleagues' files and pull out documents that need to be scanned.
- Removing staples, binding, and removing paperclips.
- Compile documents for each employee in order to be scanned.
- Scan documents.
- Destroy no longer needed documents.
- Confidentiality is a must.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good reading skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to lift and push moderate to heavy weight.
- Must be flexible in working office hours and days Holidays and weekends are not applicable
- Any shift between 8:00am to 5:00pm

- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
